The easiest way to register is through the Pitchero Club App. We highly recommend using the app for a smooth and user-friendly experience. However, if you’re using a web browser, please follow the step-by-step instructions below. Even if you’re using the app, reviewing these steps is a great way to ensure all the necessary information is entered correctly. Don’t worry—our team is here to support you if needed!
Step-by-Step Guide to Registering on Pitchero
Visit the Club Website and Click "Join"
Navigate to the top-right corner of the Bledlow Village Cricket Club website and click the "Join" button.
Register Yourself as a Parent First
If you’re starting fresh, make sure to register yourself as a parent before adding your child.
(If you’ve already added your child, don’t worry—you can link yourself to them later.)
Tick the Required Boxes
During the registration process, you’ll see four boxes. You must tick the top two to proceed, while the other two are optional.
Once you’ve selected the appropriate boxes, click "Next."
Choose "Parent" as Your Role
When prompted, select "Parent" as your role in the club and click "Next step."
Add Your Child
If you’ve already registered your child, their name will appear on a list—simply click on it.
If your child’s name isn’t listed, click where it says "Click here if your child is not on the list" to add them.
Assign Your Child to a Team
Select your child’s team and click "Add."
Add Additional Children (if applicable)
If you have more than one child to register, repeat the process for each child. Once all children are entered, click "Next step."
Complete Your Membership Information
Go to "Your Account" and fill in all the required fields (titles in red).
This step ensures accurate contact details and compliance with our safeguarding policies.
Please note: You’re completing this information for yourself as the parent, not for your child.
Once complete, click SAVE.
Verification Process
At this stage, your role as a parent will show as "Pending" in your account. This means one of our club administrators needs to verify your connection to your child.
We aim to approve registrations as quickly as possible, but if there’s a delay, feel free to message the club via the website, and we’ll take care of it.
Final Steps Once Verified
Log back into your account and navigate to "Your Account."
You’ll see a notification under "Messages." Click it to open.
Look for a message confirming you’ve been accepted as the parent of your child. There will also be a prompt to review and complete your child’s information.
Click "View Information" and fill in the required details (fields in red). Once finished, don’t forget to click SAVE.
